Meet the management team
Adrian is the CEO and Founder of ICG Medical and has been working within the recruitment industry since the early 00’s.
Soon after graduating in Business and Economics, Adrian started his staffing career with some well-known players in the industry before setting up ICG Medical.
ICG Medical have been established as a leading healthcare provider since 2011. The business includes several specialist healthcare recruitment providers who deliver a blend of temporary, contract and permanent placements internationally. Over time, we have expanded our service offering across the UK, Ireland, South Africa, India, Australia and the US.
Richard is responsible for ensuring that our people, culture and values remain at the heart of what ICG Medical does every day.
He has worked for a number of large multi-national, blue chip companies across a range of industries where he has been responsible for both setting and delivering organisational HR plans. In addition he has always ensured that that he and his teams have continued to focus on delivering HR solutions to business challenges.
Richard and the team are responsible for delivery of the ICG Medical People Strategy across the Group. They work with all of our colleagues throughout their entire employee life-cycle ensuring that we source, onboard, develop, engage, grow and retain the talent we have within the business.
Katie manages the global marketing function for ICG Medical across all brands and locations.
She has been working within recruitment since 2007 and has worked for global, multi-brand recruitment businesses, developing marketing strategies, budgets and delivering solutions across the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
As Head of Marketing, Katie and the team work with the business to develop and deliver individual marketing plans for each brand in each country that they operate in as well as delivering global projects for the brands.
