Meet the management team
Adrian is the CEO and Founder of ICG Medical and has been working within the recruitment industry since the early 00’s. Soon after graduating in Business and Economics, Adrian started his staffing career with some well-known players in the industry before setting up ICG Medical.
ICG Medical have been established as a leading healthcare provider since 2011. The business includes several specialist healthcare recruitment providers who deliver a blend of temporary, contract and permanent placements internationally. Over time, we have expanded our service offering across the UK, Ireland, South Africa, India, Australia, China, Canada and the US.
Richard is responsible for ensuring that our people, culture and values remain at the heart of what ICG Medical does every day.
He has worked for a number of large multi-national, blue chip companies across a range of industries where he has been responsible for both setting and delivering organisational HR plans. In addition he has always ensured that that he and his teams have continued to focus on delivering HR solutions to business challenges.
Richard and the team are responsible for delivery of the ICG Medical People Strategy across the Group. They work with all of our colleagues throughout their entire employee life-cycle ensuring that we source, onboard, develop, engage, grow and retain the talent we have within the business.
Katie manages the global marketing function for ICG Medical across all brands and locations.
She has been working within recruitment since 2007 and has worked for global, multi-brand recruitment businesses, developing marketing strategies, budgets and delivering solutions across the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
As Head of Marketing, Katie and the team work with the business to develop and deliver individual marketing plans for each brand in each country that they operate in as well as delivering global projects for the brands.
Jane is responsible for the Learning & Development function across the ICG Medical business. Her passion is people and creating learning cultures that make a difference.
She has a wealth of learning & development experience, having worked for blue chip, Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 professional services companies, where she has always taken responsibility for learning teams, talent and the people agendas. Jane’s operational experience brings a realistic approach to her work. Her motivation is always people first. Her passion is making learning part of the DNA of the company.
Jane and her learning team are accountable for delivery of the ICG learning pathways and talent planning for new hires and experienced colleagues, supporting the development and growth of everyone in the ICG family.
Sue has covered all aspects of the recruitment life cycle over the course of 2 decades. She has experience in business development, managing temp/contracts desks, permanent recruitment, division and branch management.
She has sourced for FTSE 100 companies within a diverse range of disciplines, moving into internal recruitment 7 years ago within the medical sector.
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what Sue does – to her, a great candidate experience with a focus on relationship building is more key. Sue takes pride in knowing identifying the right candidate and watching them grow and develop within the business.
Barbara has been working within the recruitment sector since the early 00s. Her speciality area is the medical industry across South Africa and overseas.
Her previous experience spans across the IT, Finance and FMCG industries.
Barbara has a natural need to perform at her absolute best, while still maintaining an element of fun in all that she does. Results-driven and client focussed. Loving the excitement of the recruitment process, she enjoys placing the right calibre person in the right position and then seeing that person grow, develop and add value to the company that they join.
