The position involves engaging new clients, growing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients in the healthcare, social care, and disability support sectors.

- You will be responsible for carrying out various business activities including:
- You will be required to manage and prioritise multiple accounts whilst delivering a high level of service to your clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintaining strong and enduring client relationships
- Ensuring a high level of account management through clients through regular call cycles
- Log clients, contacts, and conversations in a CRM system on a daily basis
- You are driven and committed to thrive in an environment where your hard work is rewarded
- Highly organised
- This role would be best suited for an individual with a teachable spirit, therefore vast experience is not necessary. However, ideal candidates as stated above are encouraged to apply
- Experience in a similar role would also be advantageous
Competitive salary plus uncapped commission
- No cap or threshold on commission earnings
- Commission is earned straight away and paid monthly
