About the role – Recruitment Consultant

As a professional consultant with well-rounded skill set, your role will be:

 

Description
• Maintain and develop searching channels to collect new information, Make search lists of target companies and candidates
• Make cold calls to unknown candidates
• Collect and screen CVs according to job description and requirements from consultant
• Support consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates, and arrange face to face interviews
• In depth analyzing and drawing the correct organization chart based on the information received from candidates.
• Ensure the candidate revised profile is keyed into the system
• Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information
• Present the profile to consultant to conduct further evaluation of candidates
• Ensure to key in all the candidates’ profiles to company system
• Ensure to follow the company process and procedure to get the work done

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in relative discipline
• Fresh graduates or 1~3 years working experience. Related recruitment or headhunter experience are preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Result driven and strong desire to succeed
• Willing to take challenges and able to work under pressure
• Good English in both written & spoken
