Job Description
As a bookings consultant you will be a part of a warm desk where you will be maintaining and developing a database of nurses and clients.
You will also have the following responsibilities;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
Headhunting new candidatesLead generation
Booking nurses into client shifts
Account management
Experience
Minimum of 1 years’ experience within healthcare recruitment (preferred)
Proven track record of achievements of targets and goals
Be able to grow existing accounts
Work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
Book ad hoc shifts quickly and effectively
