Business Manager

We are hiring for a brand new role which has been identified as a new resource due to restructuring & ambitious growth plans.

The role of the Business Manager is primarily to ensure the company can function efficiently to make sales, provide high quality customer service and increase profits.

Purpose of the role:

Oversee & report team metrics as well as being a hands on Business Manager, developing the operational side of the business
As well as providing guidance and leading by example, you will also be instrumental in driving the teams to encourage growth and development within the region
& be able to draw on previous Healthcare Recruitment Management experience

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Working with the Senior Management Team to develop business plans aimed at long-term business growth and sustainability
• Identifying new business opportunities, working closely with the Sales Director and Business Development Team to continually grow client base
• Regularly liaising with current clients to ensure they are satisfied with current levels of service
• Improving the quality of customer service and customer satisfaction amongst our temporary workforce
• Collating a library of contract agreements with clients – ensuring terms of business are signed and remain current
• Setting performance targets for the business in line with budgets set by the board
• Monitoring individual employee performance, ensuring that all required support is given to improve performance, where needed
• Working with colleagues in the Talent Acquisition department to ensure the best talent is sourced for the business
• Collaborating with colleagues in the Learning and Development department, identifying training needs and opportunities for staff
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, economic policies and changing markets
• Being accountable for business performance
• Creation and implementation of key business processes where required
