Job Description

As a Care Coordinator you will be a part of a warm desk where you will be maintaining and developing a database of nurses and clients.

You will also have the following responsibilities.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clientsHeadhunting new candidatesLead generationBooking nurses into client shiftsAccount management


Minimum of 1 years’ experience within healthcare recruitment or customer service (preferred)Proven track record of achievements of targets and goalsBe able to grow existing accounts.Work well under pressure within a fast-paced environmentBook ad hoc shifts quickly and effectively.

Shift time (Fixed schedule, Day time from 4am to 1pm PH time)

1.From Sunday to thursday 

2.From tuesday to Saturday
