Job Summary:
As a Credentialing Manager, you will hold a central role in the management of Greenstaff Medical Staffing's entire credentialing process for its US operations. In a transformative move, you will establish and lead a credentialing center of excellence headquartered in Noida, India. Your responsibility will be to ensure the streamlined and compliant processing of credentials for healthcare professionals, with a special focus on nurses. This role signifies a crucial step towards elevating our operational efficiency while upholding our dedication to quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Credentialing Operations Leadership:
Oversee all aspects of the credentialing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Develop and implement best practices for credentialing, in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Continuously improve credentialing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Team Management and Development:
Manage and lead a team of credentialing officers based in India, providing guidance and mentorship. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge and expertise in healthcare credentialing. Set performance metrics and targets for the team, regularly evaluating their performance.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all credentialing activities adhere to industry regulations and Greenstaff Medical Staffing's internal policies. Conduct regular audits to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any compliance issues.
- Reporting:
Develop and generate regular reports on credentialing operations, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Analyze data and present meaningful insights to management to facilitate informed decision-making and process improvements. Ensure that all reporting is accurate, timely, and aligns with the needs of various stakeholders.
- Credentialing Center of Excellence:
Establish a world-class credentialing center of excellence in India, equipped with the latest technology and best practices. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the center.
- Relationship Management:
Liaise with US-based teams to understand their specific credentialing requirements and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure seamless communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in credentialing within the healthcare staffing industry, with a focus on servicing nurses in the US.
- Extensive experience managing and leading credentialing teams, preferably in an international setting.
- Thorough knowledge of US healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex credentialing issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
- Experience with credentialing software and systems is an advantage.
