Role and Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to source and book nurses for shifts in the UK market. You will build and maintain a robust pipeline of nurses, personally managing relationships and understanding their working needs. By doing so, you will be well-prepared to quickly and accurately submit candidates for available shifts and opportunities.

At ICG, ensuring credentialing and compliance is of utmost importance. You will collaborate closely with the compliance team to ensure that the nurses and healthcare professionals you source are fully compliant to work in their respective roles, states, and countries.

Key responsibilities:

Job advertising: Creating compelling job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
Candidate sourcing: Proactively searching for and identifying candidates through social networks, as well as utilizing ICG's extensive database.
Compliance management: Collaborating with the compliance team to ensure that healthcare workers are compliant and legally eligible to work.
Rate negotiation: Negotiating competitive rates for candidates in line with client requirements.
Candidate submission: Presenting suitable candidates to clients that match their specific requirements.
Interview and onboarding: Managing the interview and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
Placements: Facilitating successful placements of candidates in suitable shifts.
Candidate experience: Delivering exceptional customer service and a world-class candidate experience.
Data management: Effectively managing all candidate and client data using our global CRM system.
