HR Manager

ICG Medical is looking to hire a HR Manager

Responsible for HR Management across UK, Ireland, Australia, US, South Africa and India

Main Duties:

  • Management of team of 3 HR professionals
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition team on offers and contracts of employment
  • Updating company policies and Staff Handbook
  • Management of employee relations across multiple geographies
  • Harmonisation of HR processes across all geographical regions
  • Management of monthly performance development plan process
  • Management of benefits
  • HR Reporting – Sickness, turnover exit interviews etc.
  • Management of sickness and Lateness process
  • Overseeing monthly payroll reporting
  • Management of Starter and Leaver process
  • Management of Job Descriptions across the group
  • Management and maintenance of HRIS
  • Production and management of Group org charts

Skills Required

  • Working in a fast paced environment/HR department
  • Line Management Experience
  • Recruitment industry experience
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law 
  • Commercial understanding
  • Pragmatic HR approach

Desirable Skills

  • UK employment law knowledge essential  
  • Knowledge of employment law for South Africa, India, US, Australia, Ireland & Canada desirable

Department: People/HR

Position Reports to: People Director

Position is responsible for: 3 direct reports

Length of contract: Permanent

Salary: up to £50,000 p.a.
