In-House Digital Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual designs that communicate the brand message effectively across multiple mediums including digital and social media.
• Produce multimedia content including videos, animations, interactive elements.
• Edit and enhance audio, video, imagery to create engaging and informative content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work within budgets.
• Create and maintain style guides to ensure consistency across all design mediums.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement designs and optimize site performance.Maintain positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide design support for internal communications, marketing materials, and other collateral as needed.
• Contribute to the development of branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop visual elements for user interface and user experience design.
• Provide creative input and feedback to team members and stakeholders on design projects.
• Project manager multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources allocated efficiently.Stay up to date won the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and design principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates a range of design abilities and styles.
