The Role
As the Marketing Manager for our US & Canada division of brands, you will be responsible for ensuring team alignment, and developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote and drive growth. You will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, manage a team of marketing executives, and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve business objectives.
To be successful, you must be able to perform the below duties day-to-day:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the US & Canada divisions of brands that align with the overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities and use the insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
- Experience and understanding of how CRM solutions work – SalesForce would be an advantage.
- Exposure to AI integration tools in marketing campaign production and operations.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate this into actionable marketing plans through data science and predictive modelling if necessary.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operational teams to ensure consistency.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing execs leading by example by being an advocate for driving change.
- Can adapt to fast paced and dynamic environments managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Reporting into the Head of Marketing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Experience with leading a team and having direct reports.
- Working with briefing – design team/ websites/Google/branding & imagery/content/social/paid & organic campaigns and ecomms
- Experience of budget management
- Organised, efficient, personable and confident in your approach.
- Team player, business minded, analytical
- Positive attitude to change
