?Previous experience as a recruitment bookings or delivery consultant would be ideal, however, a call centre background where you are dealing with a high volume of inbound & outbound calls considered. However, any potential candidate must possess the following:

?Strong commercial business acumen
?A passionate desire to succeed
?A winning mentality
?The ability to overcome objections and be persistent
?Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
?Competent in the use of MS Office & databases.
Responsibilities:
?Taking incoming calls and noting client requirements
?Making outgoing calls to fill client requirements and gather availability from candidates.
?Filling available shifts
?Sending emails to both clients and candidates
?Being the first point of contact for the company and transferring calls and queries to the appropriate dept.
?Working with Marketing to increase candidate pool through creating job ads based on company requirements.
?Working toward weekly KPI's
?Flexibility & availability to work 1 weekend every month on a rota basis (This can be conducted from home or office)

Job Types: Full-time,
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (5 day work week with 2 days consecutive off)
Shift Schedule: Dayshift (2am to 10am manila / 10am to 7pm manila) or Midshift (3pm to 11pm manila)
