Social Media Manager

We are looking to recruit for our marketing department here at ICG Medical. We are a multi-brand / multi-location business and we need a Social Media Manager to come on board to manage our social media channels.

To be successful, you must be able to perform the below duties day-to-day:

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals (namely across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram)
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI/follower numbers
  • Generate engaging content daily
  • Collaborate with the leaders across the brand to ensure brand consistency
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Create ‘best-practice’ for consultant usage
  • Run paid campaigns that match allocated budget
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Be able to pull together campaigns for various brands with various messages (mainly B2C campaigns but there may be some B2B)
  • Be able to write and proofread copy
  • Work alongside Head of Marketing to create innovative email campaigns as well as the wider marketing team (digital manager/campaign manager/marketing execs/designer)
  • Experience working with video content
  • Be organised, efficient and personable.
