Talent Acquisition Manager (South Africa & UK&I) - onsite

The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Manager SA & UK&I is to take full responsibility of talent acquisition and internal recruitment for the South African and UK&I market including the management of a small team of TA Specialists all based in Cape Town. The role is based onsite at our offices in Tygervalley Falls, Cape Town. We are looking for an experienced recruiter and team manager.

As TA Manager SA & UKI, you will be required to understand and forecast headcount for your market, build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, conduct market research, oversee the delivery and performance of the team, build pools and pipeline and manage the TA operation effectively with our TA system, including reporting. At ICG Medical, our managers are hands-on, and you will also be required to recruit for Senior roles in your market.

We are looking for a passionate TA professional that is eager to lead and manage as well as recruit. You are fascinated by talent supply and demand in your market, and you use this knowledge to formulate effective talent strategies and plans that help your business and team hire the best talent. You are abreast with TA best practice and can support teams during maturity and transition. Ultimately, you are a relationship-driven individual that can have a conversation and identify talent in just about anyone!

Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• TA strategy, planning and delivery.
• Full talent acquisition operational management in your region
• Internal hiring and team management for our US and UK brands in SA
• Internal hiring and team management for our UK brands in the UK&I
• Team and People management
• Stakeholder engagement
• Market research
• Drive adoption and utilization of ICG’s TA tools and system
• Weekly and monthly TA metrics reporting
• Leading daily scrums
