A Talent Acquisition Specialist at ICG Medical is multi-skilled. We are looking for recruiters that can build relationships with their key stakeholders, think creatively in sourcing quality recruitment talent, embrace marketing to target campaigns at our talent groups, manage a world-class candidate experience and ensure that time-to-fill and quality-of-hire are the primary indicators of an outstanding performance towards building a raving fan culture of talent at ICG Medical. We are not looking for CV slingers or process sheep. Instead, we are looking for talent advisors that can deal with the pressure and stress of demanding hiring managers, with an insatiable market mapping curiosity, a sense of urgency and recruiters that are not afraid to get their hands dirty.

An acute understanding of talent supply and demand in your market is critical to ensure ICG Medical’s competitive advantage in the staffing and recruiting and healthcare industry. Our TA Specialists are empowered to implement an integrated local go-to-market approach to meet the demands of the business. This means bringing your ideas to the table and differentiating our CX from the mundane recruitment process.

Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Full internal recruitment process management
  • Regular key stakeholder meetings
  • Workforce planning discussions
  • Market research and mapping
  • Personal and employer branding development
  • Talent sourcing and selling
  • Recruitment marketing and CRM
  • Weekly metrics reporting
  • TA system management, data integrity and POPI compliance (or local privacy compliance)
  • Daily scrums
  • Leveraging recruitment tools
  • Local TA for local and international clients

This role is required to be based in the office (onsite) pending local covid regulations. The successful candidate will be a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. We are particularly interested in entrepreneurial TA specialists, Rec2Rec experience, experience in a scale up or SME in growth mode.
