This role will focus on TA in the UK&I only and will ultimately build talent pipeline and intelligence for our brands and group in the UK&I.

Based in Cape Town, South Africa. Reporting directly into the TA Manager for South Africa and UK&I.

A TA Specialist / Resourcer at ICG Medical is curious. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Resourcer is to research talent supply and competitor offerings in the UK&I. You will be required to create and develop market maps and talent pipelines in Belfast, Dublin, Glasgow, Cardiff, and the greater London geographies and present your findings to business leaders. This is not a dedicated recruitment role but when a vacancy does open onshore in the UK&I, then you will be required to manage the recruitment process with all stakeholders.

With a passion for research and talent you will develop an acute understanding of talent supply and demand in the UK&I to ensure ICG Medical remains competitive in the staffing & recruiting, and healthcare industry. In partnership with key stakeholders, you will keep the business informed and at the forefront of talent flow to ensure that when a vacancy opens that we have the pipeline to fill it delivering a world-class candidate experience.

  • Regular key stakeholder meetings
  • Talent sourcing and selling
  • Weekly metrics reporting
  • TA system management, data integrity and GDPR compliance (or local privacy compliance)
  • Daily scrums
