Key Responsibilities

Inbox query management – umbrella company and internal stakeholdersImplementing the umbrella compliance process to ascertain suitability of umbrella companies wishing to join the ICG Medical Preferred Supplier List (PSL and Approved Supplier List (ASL) listsVerification of documents and information supplied by using external sites like Companies House and FCSAQuarterly-annual auditing of ICG Medical’s PSL and ASLPreparation of audit work programmesChecking submitted documents to ensure they meet the vetting criteriaAnalysing the effectiveness of the umbrella compliance piece, implementing changes to ensure the process is effective and robustSupport on Framework AuditsOther ad hoc work as required

The Successful Candidate
Diploma or a Degree in Financial/Management Accounting/Auditing or LawMinimum 2 years’ experience;Knowledge about the United Kingdom Tax lawsDetail oriented and methodicalConfident engagement with umbrella companies and stakeholdersStrong analytical and investigative skillsStrong Excel skills
