US Talent Acquisition Specialist (internal recruitment - night shift, onsite)

The purpose of the US & Canada Talent Acquisition Specialist is to research, map and hire US & Canadian based healthcare recruitment talent. This role will focus on talent acquisition in the USA & Canada only and will ultimately build talent pipeline and intelligence for our brands and group in the USA & Canada.

Based in Cape Town, South Africa. Reporting directly into the TA Manager for South Africa & UK&I.

A TA Specialist at ICG Medical is curious. We are looking for a corporate junior internal recruiter or agency recruiter to research talent supply and competitor offerings in the USA & Canada. You will be required to create and develop market maps and talent pipelines nationally in the USA & Canada and present your findings to business leaders. This is a researcher recruitment role and when a vacancy does open onshore in the USA & Canada, then you will be required to manage the recruitment process with all stakeholders.

With a passion for research and talent you will develop an acute understanding of talent supply and demand in the USA & Canada to ensure ICG Medical remains competitive in the staffing & recruiting, and healthcare industry. In partnership with key stakeholders, you will keep the business informed and at the forefront of talent flow to ensure that when a vacancy opens that we have the pipeline to fill it delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Internal recruitment onshore in the USA and Canada
• Talent research and market mapping: 1) Agency offerings; 2) Key performance indicators; 3) Compensation and benefits; and 4) IncentivesTalent pipelining
• Talent analysis and intelligence presentations 
• Candidate relationship management
• Regular key stakeholder meetings
• Talent sourcing and selling
• Weekly metrics reporting
• TA system management, data integrity and GDPR compliance (or local privacy compliance)
• Daily scrums
