Motivation Behind the Move

Anuj’s transition to the role of Global Head of Operational L&D was driven by his passion for Learning & Development and his desire to leverage my background in a broader capacity within ICG Medical. Having first joined the company in 2016 as an L&D professional and later returning in 2020 as Delivery Head, he was eager to continue making an impact.
