My previous role as a Bookings Consultant gave me a "hunting mentality"—the drive to find the right talent in the fast-paced healthcare industry. "As a Bookings Consultant, we had to source workers within healthcare, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I use that same mentality to source candidates across countries, utilising different approaches and platforms." This experience provided me with a strong foundation to source candidates efficiently, which has been essential in my current role.
Moving to the Talent Acquisition department has introduced me to a whole new set of skills. "Time management has become crucial to closing roles quickly, and I’ve had to learn patience, particularly when headhunting.
