Kyle is responsible for leading global talent and internal mobility across 14 countries and is Country Head of South Africa. Kyle specialises in recruitment, finance and leadership roles for all brands and is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Talent Acquisition Manager – India
Joji manages all internal hiring for sales, recruitment, compliance, marketing, finance, HR and operations roles in Gurgaon, Noida & Ahmedabad. Joji is based in Ahmedabad and manages the powerful internal TA team in India.
Global Onboarding Coordinator
Meagan is responsible for welcoming and onboarding all new ICG family members across our 17 global offices. Meagan leads the coordination of internal TA, IT, operations, HR, hiring managers and L&D to deliver a world-class onboarding experience. Meagan is ICG’s warm smile at the start of your journey with ICG Medical. Meagan is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Talent Acquisition Specialist – India
Yash is responsible for internal hiring in India and specialises predominantly in recruitment, sales and compliance and finance roles. Yash is based in Gurugram, India and his focus is predominantly with the Greenstaff Medical and the ICG Global brands.
Talent Acquisition Manager – APAC
Jenny is responsible for all internal hiring across the APAC regions for sales, recruitment, compliance, marketing, finance, HR and operations roles in China, Japan, Philippines, and Australia. Jenny is based in Beijing, China and leads an internal TA team in the Philippines.
Talent Acquisition Lead – India
Swati is responsible for leading internal hiring in India. Swati specialises in recruitment, sales and compliance, finance, HR, marketing, and operations roles in Gurugram and Noida. Swati is based in Mumbai, India and works predominantly with Greenstaff Medical and ICG Global brands.
Talent Acquisition Specialist - India
Aanchal is responsible for internal hiring in India and specialises predominantly in recruitment, sales and compliance and finance roles. Aanchal is based in Noida, India and focuses predominantly on the Greenstaff Medical and the ICG Global brands.
Talent Acquisition Specialist – Philippines
Saly is responsible for internal hiring in South Africa and specialises predominantly in recruitment, sales and compliance roles for Greenstaff Medical in the Philippines. Saly is based in Pasig City, Manilla.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – UK&I
Zara is responsible for internal hiring in the UK&I from the ICG Cape Town offices and specialises predominantly in recruitment, sales, business development and compliance roles for our UK brands. Zara loves animals and is a purple belt!
Lerato Motaung – Global Talent Program Coordinator
Lerato is responsible for recruiting and honing early talent through in-house academics and internship programs. She has a background in Talent Acquisition and Policymaking and enjoys what she does.

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Shared Services
Parul is responsible for internal hiring in Shared Services for Noida, Gurugram and specializes predominantly in roles like Finance, Payroll, Learning & Development, Data Analyst, Quality Analyst, and Senior Management roles for all our brands.
She is based in Gurugram Office, New Delhi, India. Parul enjoys being in a positive surrounding, reading a book and loves to interact with people.
Talent Acquisition Manager – SA & UK/I
Suvin is responsible for all internal hiring across the SA & UK/I regions for sales, recruitment, compliance, marketing, finance, HR and operations roles. Suvin is based in Cape Town, South Africa and leads the SA internal TA team.
Talent Acquisition Specialist – SA
Tamzin is responsible for internal hiring in the SA region, operating from the ICG Cape Town offices and specialises predominantly in recruitment, sales, business development and compliance roles for our SA brands. Tamzin loves painting and enjoys abstract art.
Talent Acquisition Specialist – SA
Nkosi is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent in the SA region, operating from the ICG Cape Town offices and specialises predominantly in Finance, Marketing, Operations and HR roles, for our Cape Town offices. Nkosi loves sport and always with his headsets listening to SA local music.
